That may be true, but it's a heck of a lot of work to make and clean up compared to the goodness of chicken fried steak from (insert your favorite ready-made here).
Recently compared Chuck House to Del Rancho.
I preferred Del Rancho sandwich.

I will admit I've never had a Del Rancho sammich, so I am willing to give them a try. Isn't there one close to Sooner State Pawn?
We used to have a Del Rancho right in downtow Tuttle and it closed about 6 years ago. I know the owners and they claim they are going to open it again. (fingers crossed)

At Del Rancho I usually get the chicken fried chicken sammich.... nom nom!
Still there and they still serve them. I don't go in very often, because you come out smelling exactly like the name infers.
