I learn something new every day but I never had any idea that this was possible....very interesting because its legal in Oklahoma

Interesting that Oklahoma is one of the states that allows this.

I watched Nate discuss this earlier today. I was pleasantly surprised by the info. Fairly low hurdle to make it a go. 100 primary signatures and 2% of the vote in the last election for the county.

Wow, didn’t know about that. Wonder who pays for the prosecutor, etc. surprised rich people and politicians aren’t using this.

I'm surprised too that there aren't more examples of this being used by rich people to bully. It seems like money is about all it would take to make it happen. I guess if we have the same rules as his example, it would be tougher to get it done in populous counties. Interesting.
