Commuter parking lot??

Was going to meet my buddy early Thursday morning at the OKC commuter parking lot and hop in his truck for a short road trip, but the website says the parking lot is open 9am-11pm. It’s the one near frontier city at 5273 NE 122nd Oklahoma City, OK 73131

Does anyone know if I can park there at 7:30am or will you get a ticket/gate locked/towed or anything?

Street view shows no gates and no signs with posted hours. Pretty sure it's just open 24/7.

Thanks GC7. I thought that too. Maybe the hours listed are when someone in that dept can answer a call.

If that lot doesn't work out, I have left a car for the day in the truck stop parking lot.
