They have three main kinds: Tomato sauce - yellow can; Jalapeño sauce - green can; Jalapeño Tomato sauce - red can.
Yellow can is my favorite but they're all about the same.
Tonight’s dinner was seared/baked Silver Salmon with roasted asparagus, yellow taters (mashed) and home baked French bread with a from scratch cheese spread I make. I’m personally not a big salmon fan but Linda loves it and I love Linda so there ya go.
It’s pretty darn good stuff. Drizzle with olive oil, a little salt, pepper, garlic powder, sprinkle with Parmesan and bake for around 12 minutes at 400°.
Wrap the asparagus in bacon and grill it. Bacon makes everything better.
Dinner tonight was smoked sausage, yellow squash, zucchini, onion and diced tomatoes, with garlic, red pepper, Oregano, and a little salt. Recipe calls for a teaspoon of red pepper flakes but even 1/8th teaspoon is to spicy for the wife. So I just kind of split that in half and add more on my plate. Very good served over lower carb rice. And the leftovers are even better.
