Back in the late '80s a guy on a crotch rocket ran from the OHP on I35 southbound out of Norman. They even had a helo after him, but he outran everyone and got away.
Somehow, I don't see that happening today.
That cop hit 151 at one point. I think his car is limited to 150. The 151 was downhill.
I agree with Chuter that the ending is somewhat predictable. But, to get to the end of a high speed chase puts everyone directly involved and everyone in the area at extreme danger. Certainly some people need to be chased. But cops chasing vehicles because of traffic violations seems very low priority to begin a chase. Yes I realize lots of bad folks are picked up due to traffic violations.
