The graphic is fake news that was manufactured by someone using a template to make it appear to be a cdc chart.
The person that manufactured the graphic embedded the url in the graphic so that it's not possible to simply copy and paste the url, you have to actually type it out by hand.
Most folks won't do that.

Are your sources better than the CDC, the Oklahoma State Department of Health, and countless other medical experts? Why are we quarantining professional sports teams, college sports teams, public schools, why are OKC hospitals needing to send patients to other hospitals such as Albuquerque, NM, and why is it the lead story for every newscast?
