Yep. I was surprised. However I thought she was a little too conservative the last lap.

Same here. Her radio communication sounded 1000% better than last year, too.

I think Tony Stewart's plan for her schedule last year worked - she seems really confident this year.

First Nascar race I've ever watched from start to finish, spent part of the time wondering when they would actually start racing. Restrictor plates and the need for drafting to go fast kinda makes for a boring car race. I did feel Danica did well but screwed the pooch in the last couple laps. Wondering why she didn't drop to the inside just in front of the car that passed her just before he passed. She wouldn't have lost the draft advantage being the front car and might have ended up second or at least kept her 3rd place.
