They had some bad QC runs, but according to LRI, the RR prefix are some of the best they've seen requiring very little work compared to previous years. You either get an early one or a very late one, but the 90s seem to be problem children.

Wouldn't you date this off of the action itself? It could have been re-barreled many times in theory.
