He ate armadillos all the time. Didn't even shoot em, just chased em down on foot.

Yup the mild winter has them out here too, already putting holes in our walkabout areas.. Loaded and ready, may just keep an eye out this evening since it's so nice out and they'll likely be moving and huntin grubs..

I forgot to get pics of my kills. They are out year round here. I killed one with a bow in December. Not as impressive as a fast rifle. I shot one in a briar patch with a .22lr and my lab ran in and grabbed it and gave it a good shake as it was flopping around pretty good.
