What kind of job is it that you need done? I have a buddy who does nice tile work. He does all the new houses for Hills in the Tuttle area. The fact Hills keeps him around speak volumes about his work.
It's a tiny kitchen in a condo that will be a rental. Don't need anything extravagant. Just some simple tile work. The kitchen is only 8x4 and should be an easy job. I was going to do it but several people have said that I could probably get it done very reasonably and it wouldn't be worth my time to rent the tools, learn the process etc for such a small job.
I'm sure my buddy could do it in an afternoon. Is the floor prepped already?
There is some adhesive left from pulling up the linoleum that i'll have cleaned up. I'll have all the quarter round removed and all of the appliances moved out. All he should have to is the lay the tile.
