Have you gotten your Flu Shot yet?

Just a reminder that it is flu shot time. I got mine yesterday! Local County Health Dept. was giving them. Not much waiting time and it was covered by my insurance. It takes several weeks for it to build-up in your system, so you want to get one now, before the heart of the flu season hits. It may be a bad one this year.

If you're getting it this early, you should plan on getting a 2nd one in Dec or early Jan, before the peak of the flu season hits when your immunity has waned.

Last 2 flu shots I took made me sick the next 3 days. Maybe coincidence maybe not.
Did I mention that I have only gotten a flu shot those 2 times.

Since Walgreens is apparently giving them out year-round now, I'd play it safe and get shot up once a month. Can't be too careful.
