I never understood Daylight Savings Time.
I never understood Daylight Savings Time.
After reading all of your posts about clocks not mattering anymore. I am surprised resetting clocks being a concern for you.As long as they keep it where we don't have to reset clocks and all the other BS, I'm good with that.
They say it will give you more daylight hours in the evenings and as one senator put it so his kids will have more time to play sports after school since they dont have lights on the fields.
Yep. My senior year in high school, and I remember running headlights in the mornings. They did the same thing in 1973, parent nationwide complained about their kids walking to school in the dark, and they reversed the decision a short time afterwards.
It's not a concern of mine where the clocks are positioned. It's a concern of the other half of my life, as well as doctors, dentists, and others that wish to set appointments outside of my disdain for any schedules that are the concern and PITA to require me changing clocks that are positioned in the areas where they are almost impossible to get to.After reading all of your posts about clocks not mattering anymore. I am surprised resetting clocks being a concern for you.
What presidentOK somewhat good news for some the senate just passed a bill to make daylight saving time permanent, now it goes to the house then the president.
Bill to make daylight saving time permanent passes Senate
If the bill is signed into law, we would “spring forward” once and for all in March 2024.www.cbs42.com
And how many tries did it take to "solve" that problem...Ladder wasn't real steady and the broom stick "bent" the shaft of the clock so it doesn't work anymore. (problem solved)
