Drones spraying over South Tulsa

Anyone else seeing this? They're about 1/2 mile from where I was standing, around Tulsa Hills and moving pretty fast. NOT a plane.

Hard to tell from your photo, but do you think it could be Starlink?

Starlink is satellites, not drones from what I understand. This was obviously about 1/2 mile from me. It's tough to see in a still image, but it was moving quickly, hovered for a bit, then took off while spraying.
