He splashed water on him, I don't think he gave him any to drink did he?
Maybe he's not getting in the bucket, the guy was basically right at the bucket and tried to sit on it but backed off. Its impossible to tell what is being said, but the guy in the bucket keeps drinking from a water bottle in front of him. Thats got to be tempting for someone who has to thirsty.
