Can any doctors explain how Tower Guy has gone this long without water? I just don't get it.

He's not all the way in it, but it looks like Bucket Guy could grab him and pull him in. I guess he doesn't want to screw it up and break Tower Guy's trust. He had both feet in the bucket and was leaning in at one point.
I really, really want someone to explain how he is still functioning and the only water he's had in day is what Bucket Guy splashed on him. I don't see how it's medically possible.

Well, if the storms that look like they are headed that way hold together he's gonna have a bunch more problems than he has now.
That'll give him more water, he's quite resilient like that.
