I'm a skeptic of the disposal wells cause earthquakes theory, but even I can acknowledge that other areas that have disposal wells, but less quakes, might be different because they aren't doing it on top of faults.

If we are going to compare area A to B in terms of wells to quake activity, then you also have to compare the geology.
