I'm sure you've already come and gone, but I am told that, as of sometime in October, TiaJuana is history ... they're closing the doors.

I find it interesting that a town the size of Enid has no place good enough to get multiple comments on OSA, a place where food and restaurant recommendations are more numerous than discussions of calibers.
I grew up in Enid. It's an interesting mix of people and IMO that's why restaurants often have a tough time there. It comes down to good help or lack thereof.
Enid has some old money and then there is a significant amount of people associated with Vance. Most of those people have other things going and don't work in restaurants. But then Enid has a disturbing amount of what we referred to as "wheel spinners". These are the people who have no desire whatsoever to do anything with their lives other than hang out, drink, run meth, not work, and hope for that winning lottery ticket.
Though I've never considered Red Lobster as an upscale restaurant, it was a BIG deal when one opened in Enid. It didn't last long. Couldn't keep it open due to -shock!- lack of people who could rub more than 3 brain cells together and put in an honest day's work.
