I was using this in a shed for lights. I ran one LED light for roughly an hour, twice per week. The battery would last me 3 or 4 uses before needing recharged, which didn't seem like a very long operating time. I also tried out the solar panel, which worked but required continuously optimizing its' location while the sun moved through the sky to keep the charge at a decent level. Takes a while.

It works, the unit is solid and seems built well, nothing cheap about it, I'm just not real impressed with the operation. Maybe all solar gens are like this, I don't know.

Something is wrong with your unit, if it cannot run a led light bulb no longer than that.
