Want To Buy Empty wine bottles

Good day gents and gals!

The wife and i decided to expand our hobby into making home made wine! As such, we are going to need a good amount of empty wine bottles to clean/strip and refill once it is time to bottle. Figured where else better to look for a pile of unwanted wine bottles than a gun and ammo forum?

Mainly just looking for wine bottles, as opposed to the smaller beer bottle types.

Where are you located? I'll see what we can do to help. I don't drink wine but, my wife does. I saw this at the right time because we were taking our glass to the recycle center today. We had 9 wine bottles.

I’d go to glass recycling bins, I know of 2 one on lindsey and one one Robinson. Always have bottles in them.

I can start saving them for you. I think my wife and her girlfriends drank 5 or 6 bottles this weekend.

Does age matter? We found a couple of cases of empties when cleaning out my Dad's shop. They had saved when making homemade liqueur many years ago.

That would be great! I don’t see what age would matter? Some we used recently were from before I was even born, so as long as I can clean Em up and recork Em, they can be as old as Father Time, or as young as today! Haha.
