Enterprise Sausage Press

I just purchased an Enterprise sausage press. 8 -quart capacity, cast iron, this thing is awesome. I've made some bulk sausage, and I've linked some sausage using the attachment on my meat grinder (that was a pain), so this should be a huge improvement. Anyone ever use one of these? Any tips? Info?

No tips, but I would like to see a pic of your new machine.
I end up with a lot of ground meat at the end of hunting season. I've made tons of sausage with the grinder, but I think a stuffer might be better.
