Busy day.
Got insurance on my wife's car now that she and it are here from Canada. Then bought the tag for the car. Then went down to OHP on SW74 & May to get her Ontario license transferred. Since she doesn't yet have her SS# (fed.gov will be sending it along with her official green card) she was only issued a 1 year temporary DL because she intends to eventually work. If she had said she wasn't intending to work and didn't have a SS# they'd have given her the four year DL license... which bewilders me. Anywayz... went to tag agent to get the license only to find out that the licensing officer had mistakingly put down that the license to be surrendered was from California. Not Ontario. He thought Canada's abbreviation was CA (which is California). Had to go back to get that changed. Then back to the tag agent.
It's done. She's officially an Okie resident.
