Slow process, but I'm taking care of her.
She's a tough old broad.

Short sale is not for the faint of heart.
From what I can gather most fail because the buyers get's tired and crashes out.
We're in it for the long haul.

I agree ... but there is hope ... they played like men on fire night before last. Guess Memphis got their attention with that first win.

You would think ... I mean really ... all those folks have a certain "lifestyle" I can only watch on reality shows ... and I'm guessing from the looks of things that lifestyle requires a lot of cash flow ... lol

I never in a hundred years thought I would ever get interested in basketball so college football is looking better and better ... apparently I'm just a sports junkie after all and not the pro football junkie snob I thought I was ...
