We finally got all the lenders to sign off on the short sale we've been waiting 6 months on.
But they want to close in 3 weeks, so there's still a few hurdles to clear.

Sounds like I am going through about the same thing.
I also had to come up with 20% down. That put the brakes on any new gun purchases.

If you're doing a short sale find out early who has to sign off on it Jeff.
We've been waiting all this time on Bank1st to sign off.
They held it up as a secondary lender who wasn't gonna get anything if it failed.
They finally agreed to 3K.

It was a sheriffs sale.
I had an attorney take care of all the liens above what the mortgage was.
It had 5 total. and four of them I really didn't want. lol

If this thing crashes it'll go to sherif's sale in a month or two.

GHA -got heartburn again. IMHO -is my hearing aid on? LMDO -laughing my dentures out. OMMR -on my massage recliner. ROFLACGU -rolling on floor laughing and can't get up. TTML -talk to me louder! Our short sale crapped out.
After 5 1/2 months they decided they wanted more money.
We told them our original offer stood.
Haven't heard back from the scumbags.
