do you load your own 416? also what platform are you shooting it from?

4570's are fun........... the Rigby is more fun......the Lott is the funnest............but the Rigby has that sense of sophistication to it. Use Hornady brass, 400gr partitions out of a CZ. The doe I shot with it ran farther than any deer I've ever shot with my .280 Rem. Was fun all the same. :)

I've been partial to the 6.5x55 ever since I shot my first Swedish Mauser. Right behind is 7x57, .30-06 and 7.5x55. There are many similar cartridges, but I can speak to these from experience.
