Does anyone own a Fenix Flashlight?
Model?
Please give me your :twocents: about them...
Does anyone here locally in OKC Sell them?
I am interested in getting one, but don't like to spend money on something I can't see and touch before I buy it.

I had a few and sold them all...sticking with Surefire. Absolutely nothing wrong with Fenix though, excellent quality and worked every time. The Surefire thing was just a personal preference.

My favorite was the TK12...very solid build and never any quality problems I could find on any of them.

Dont know about local sellers though. If a gunshow comes your way you can find them there.

Hi,

I carry a P3D which is the older version of the current model, PD30. I run mine with lithium rechargeables and have for the last couple of years. I probably recharge once a month and the batteries are still going strong.

Here is a link to the PD30 at 4sevens:

Fenix makes more tactical lights, but they are a little larger. I like the size of this model and it fits great in my pocket with keys, cellphonoe, etc. I did add a tactical tailcap button for it that sticks out slightly and offers a momentary on feature. I think that was a $9 option.

Brightness is incredible.

Good luck,

Alan

I have Surefire and Streamlight flashlights and they are very good lights that I would stake my life on, but I also have some Romisen, Ultrafire, Tank, and Solarforce lights that are much brighter and almost as well made that cost a fraction of the price. I consider Fenix close to as good as Surefire for about 25% less money.

I have a PD30 that I love. It is unbelievably bright. Seems well made. The controls take a few minutes to get used to, and there is no momentary on/off, but it was 1/2 the price of the comparable Surefire. I paid about $50 for it on Amazon - I see prices are a little higher now.

I've had it about a month now, and with occasional use (on for several minutes every couple of days) it is still on the original batteries.

I would recommend.

Withing the last 2 months I purchased a tk12 from one of our sponsors fenixoutfitters.com. I also purchased a recharger and some 18650 lithium batteries. Everything has worked great. This flashlight is simply amazing. I live on the N side of OKC, if you want to see it let me know and we can meet up.
