O, I thought this was about the feds taking blood at checkpoints with out a warrant. Silly me.
It's my understanding landowners can get a spot lite exemption or permit of some type specifically for hogs from the game warden. If so then it wouldn't be out of reason to request the same for a night scope. Couldn't hurt to ask.
Spot light yes, night vision scope and silencers are a no-no. Unless you're in Texas.
