I would guess, the high pressure steam pipes that burst fed steam to the machines. Definitely should put a hiccup in the production at least for a couple of days.

Interesting how when a company has a major problem, usually already an expensive one to repair and get back to normal operation, some agency from the Government has to come in and tack on an additional fine to help them recover their losses.
Glad no one was hurt. But I can only imagine living near a production plant like that and seeing a fire. I wouldn't know rather to stay and watch or head for the hills.
