I have read nothing saying the plant is offline. One death and a couple injuries is sad, but does not scream “plant exploded”

Yeah I guess so. Had no idea either.

Didn't know that either, but it is a way to keep product on the market when other manufacturers are scrounging for primers to complete their orders.
Evidently, they didn't sell them commercially.
