I’m of the opinion that as a whole, the American people are gullible and will go along with whatever the govt tells them, so I absolutely believe that if they try to lock us down again the vast majority will fall right in line.

Am I concerned, no. The news is just trying to re affirm their importance. They have been trying to turn "bird flu" into the boogeyman for the last 30 years, just like global warming, covid, global cooling, pole shift and a variety of other "world ending" calamities. As always, wash your hands, don't touch your face, stay in shape. The sad part hucksters trying to push 5 million doses of yet another untested vaccine. Heck, it hasn't even really crossed the species barrier, and they have a vaccine they made, this summer?

Not if they dont test positive for it. I'm no Veterinarian but I believe the issue is more contamination to the eggs but I would not eat the meat either, otherwise the USDA would find a positive tested bird and save it for butcher rather than destroy it. Kinda like CWD in wildlife I guess.
But go on and get ya one of the infected birds and go to town.
