I did not say it wasn't real. I didn't say that I didn't believe that any person had come down with it.

I did say I'm not worried about it and the news is trying to gin up fear, and re affirm their "importance" in our everyday lives.

1) I did say that the news has been barking about bird flu for quite some time as a world ending pandemic.

2) I did say that it is curious that Pharma at the gov't request already has a vaccine that truly hasn't crossed the species barrier on a common basis.

I did say I would take precautions to not contract an illness.

3) As for eating california "wild" birds or other fowl effected by the illness, nope, not knowingly. All fowl will be cooked. I will not be getting the chicken, crow, sparrow or robin sushi in the future.
1) Thats completely not true.
2) Would you rather they be reactive rather than proactive? That would be stupid. Covid was a reactive response but because they hadnt had several years warning so not the same.
3) I didnt mean to imply its safe to eat any meat raw, cook that flu ridden bird and tell us how you do. While your at it, get ya some venison that tested positive for CWD and grill it up.
