Here are my 22's
My first attempt at using Photobucket so I hope this works. Picked up this used Ruger 10/22 today. Came with a Tapco stock and a Center Point 3-9x32 scope. My plan is to take this set up apart, mate the receiver to my 16" Green Mountain bull barrel and drop it into my Boyd's Evolution stock.

Spent the afternoon stripping the firearm down as a glance down inside showed a load of gummy gunk hiding down in it's innards. Removed and broke down the trigger assembly as well as pulling the bolt assembly. Cleaned out all the goo and caked up carbon and sand. Did the bolt release mod while it was apart. Then reassembled everything, installed the Green Mountain barrel and dropped it down into the Evolution stock. Reattached the scope. Much better.

Looks great! You might try providing photobucket image tags to the full size pics rather than the thumbnails.
Took your advice and changed out the thumbnails for regular size photos.
Ahh, much better. I have that same stock on one of my 10/22s, but in the black/grey color.

Just for a change of pace...swapped out the Hogue rubber grips for some cocobolo grips I picked up recently.
Dang. That is very, very nice.
