Thanks will do.Based on advice from people smarter than me, I suggest tweaking the transducer mounting; maybe get it a little lower in the water.
Yeah what chuter said is good advice. The transducer will need a clean flow of water, as free from turbulence as possible to give correct returns at higher speeds. It might need to be adjusted left/right if just going deeper doesn't work.It is mounted on the stern of the boat.
