It appears that the Chastains were the trouble makers. Offenses include:
Protective orders
Domestic abuse
Several indebtedness claims
Felony possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute
Poss of drug paraphernalia
Lots of traffic violations

The most recent offenses relates to the indebtedness with multiple lenders.

Looks like Sparks and Stevens were hanging out with the wrong family because I didn’t find anything on them, other than traffic violations.

There was no hull on the one we saw at all and no prop. Maybe the one we saw was land only?

This was similar to what we used for unloading ammo ships in Vietnam in '69-'70. Had twin props.

They were ok in calm waters but I think they all sunk trying to get supply's onto the beaches of Normandy. Very unstable dangerous piece of junk!
