Some electric fence tape and step in posts with a 5 mile charger should keep the lil bastards off your lawn. That works for wheat pasture steers and calves that constantly crawl out.

Oh, I'll have things to answer for. Having trifled with married women, my Saturday drunkness, my Sunday sloth, and quite a few others, but prosecuting toddlers for being toddlers won't be amoung 'em.
