Dug this morning. Good potato year. 15# of seed potatoes yielded #140 of delicious home grown spuds.

I really appreciate this thread, I have an off-grid property. I cleared about half an acre with the intent of putting in a high tunnel and adding high containers outside of the high tunnel to ensure I will be able to garden as I get older. I am now learning about soil and how to amend. A lot of work in front of me.

I had been watching this one lately, but I noticed this morning it split on the vine. I’m guessing all the rain from the storms a few days ago. Over 2lbs though!
