Yes, there are racial preferences and prejudices in every part of the world.

I don't believe the GOP is racist anymore then I believe the Black Panthers are racist. The term "racist" has been used so much to describe dislike for the current president until it really holds no modern meaning. The term racist means the projection that one race is better or superior to another. The term, however, has been thrust upon conservative mostly white people because of they don't agree with the President on the current direction of the country.

Would you say the DC sniper was racist actually targeting and killing others as he was black?

YA' know, I believe you may be more correct than most on this forum or anywhere wish to admit. I had no idea what it was until I got out of OSU and went to work (many years ago), and I found it in the cities, if you will, but had never seen it in small towns of OK that I was raised in.
