They advertised 12.00 and then when you got there it was 15.00 to get in! I went straight to Dennis Deiner and jumped his azz about it. His employees called security because it escalated into a pretty loud arguement and he said he would lower the price this time, We will see?? If he does go up please ask for him by name and tell him about it!!

These gun show are going to eventually price themselves out of business. $15, WTH ??!!!!!

"Grand American Arms Shows" puts on the "Grand National Gun Show" in Tulsa, and the "Hall of Fame Gun Show" in OKC.

Got to the door and the price was $14. I said to the lady (with my phone in my hand and the website loaded up) the advertised price was $12 and here is my $1 off coupon so I will pay a total $22 for my wife and I. The lady nodded and said sorry about that, your total is $22. What is total BS is several people in front of us paid the $14.

Not much to look at and they had no where near 2200 tables but I did find a good deal on a Ruger LCR for the wife.

Not even close to 2200. Maybe they were counting table legs.

We have hit the pre-Obama run though. Man things were high. Only found a couple of decent deals.

Grand National is the "Sooner" show, ran by Diener. They used to be great! Not so much in the recent years. I used to set up at them but refuse to do so any more. They raised the price on tables ($80 I think?) and don't do crap for advertising. They ALWAYS proclaim 2200 tables, but you're lucky to see 1/3 of that number at one of the shows. There usually is a poor attendance and the dates suck arse. I'm not a fan of Metcalf, but at least he does get more crowd at his shows. Sooner (Grand National) shows have turned into a big suckfest.

I was there all day, with some friends that had tables. I bought some things, sold some things, told stories, and laughed. I had a great time, and it was way more enjoyable than yard work or watching TV or throwing money away at some casino. Money well spent for an enjoyable day!
