Recently I stuck a case in my full length die and then had the tap snap on me. Well I called up Redding expecting to have to pay someone money to fix this mistake. Well low and behold they told me to ship it in and a week later I had a brand new die and a new tap. All it cost me was shipping. That is excellent customer service. I hear it is pretty routine for most reloading companies, but I thought I would share with Y'all.
