I always support the right of a business to do business as they please with whomever they please. If you do not want to make a cake for a gay wedding, you shouldn't have to. If you don't want to sell your marijuana to a trump supporter, you shouldn't have to. If you wish to use your small business as a platform to support a political movement or a cause, that should be your right. Business have to answer to the court of public opinion. We have seen businesses fail because of these actions and we have seen businesses thrive after theses actions.

If you support a candidate that actively states that he is coming after your automatic rifles and high capacity magazines, a business in that industry may not want to do business with you. Even if you have a differing view than that of the party, it comes with the territory in the system that we have.

I am a republican and I think marijuana should be fully legal, regulated, and taxed nationwide. However, I know its my party that is keeping that from happening. If a dispensary said no sales to MAGA hats, would I get my panties in a wad? No. I would go down the street and support a business that either supports or does not discriminate against my interest.

Yes regulated and taxed.... I want regulation. I don't want harmful pesticides sprayed on product that I will be ingesting. I want to understand the THC content of the product. Regulation isn't free and could be supported by the product itself.... unless you would rather pay more taxes?
