Paid the twelve bucks for me and the wife and thought it was a decent show. Saw a lot more prices that were closer to real life pricing. Heck, even Mark dropped his prices about 100 bucks since last weekend. Also saw the guys who went to Wally World and snapped up all the DPMSs and were trying to sell them for 2-300 more than they paid. Saw a lot of neat stuff, saw a lot of stuff I couldn't have cared less about and even found an old shotgun barrel I've been looking for for a few years now. I chuckled to myself when passing Rija's table. A guy was walking away and I heard him make a comment to his friend. "He's proud of his stuff." That kinda made my day.

I was there yesterday morning and spent about two hours browsing and bumping into people I've known for years.

I think it's a good show......I won't comment on prices being high or low, the vendor can price his wares as he sees fit and the buyer always has the option to purchase or walk away.

The bldg. was full of vendor tables.....lots of guns, scopes, ammo, knives, reloading supplies, holsters & cases, etc with only a few (percentage wise) tables with non gun show related items.

Admission is $12.00 but I had clipped the coupon that has been running in the paper for a couples weeks and got in for $8.00 no questions asked.

I sold three knives and bought one, bought a couple ammo cans and a fixed power Leupold 6X scope.

It's a M8 6X 36mm with one faint ring mark that had the paperwork from Leupold showing it had been gone through at the factory in March of this year and had been given a clean bill of health and has been unmounted since.........$165.00.

Meh. The quality of these shows has declined dramatically in the past few years; IMHO, the only local shows worth attending any more are the SuperDave shows and the Wanenmacher show, and I've heard positive things about - oh, what's his name... he regularly posts on OSA. Someone will furnish the name soon, I bet.

Perhaps you are talking about my Badshot gunshows:)
