Handgun license turn around time

Anyone know what the turn around is in Tulsa county right now? Or how to check status on it? Also I know you can't have a protective order against you but I have an emergency one on a guy that broke my jaw in 2 places will that effect me getting mine?

I've had it turned in for about 2 weeks when would be a good period to call? Now or In a week or so?

If you call the osbi SDA unit, they have a recording that essentially says if it has not been at least 45 days since they received your application then you may as well hang up. Or so it seemed to me a few months ago when I was waiting on my permit.
