Have a tax question. Need some information.

I bought a House in 2008 and received the home buyers tax credit.

I have began the repayment as described, but am now trying to sell the house. I have a few questions about this and would like to speak with someone who is familiar with the issue.


Does anyone have experience in this area, or know someone with experience who would be willing to answer a few questions?
