Need to get mine ready. Serviced the last time it was used but, need to fuel it up and let it run.

So I figured that I'd try to change the oil and spark plug today.
Couldn't find the owner's manual.

Went online and finally found the digital copy (and downloaded it and the parts list).

Here is a question...

in the manual it says add 28 oz of oil and do not overfill!!!!
WTF!!!!
Why not make it 32 oz for an even quart!!!!
Who is the freaking design engineer that does crap like that???
