Last I saw, training requirements cut to 120 hours. But still left up to district and no reciprocity. No clue on where it stands as far as votes and where it is in the chain of voting and signing.

Bill passed out of committee and is on the General Order. The full house has until March 14 to hear the bill or it dies.
