Was able to sneak one in around the hood before it got dark last night. Temp was perfect.

I'm struggling to get past 80 in a week, mostly on the weekend. Free time hasn't aligned well with weather, and I'm now a weather-weenie I guess.

I haven't had a flat at all this year knock on wood.

Got a couple days doing the circuit type machines at PF. Dislike it, but need to get in there more too.

Couldn't get away to ride yesterday so hopped on the trainer last night for a little over an hour and 23.4 miles with 144 avg heart rate. The group rides on Zwift are acually quite motivating.

Anything over 15 on a trainer is absolute torture for me.
i'd rather ride in rain or thunderstorms!

Got in 28 mi this afternoon. Nice weather, low 80s, 8mph wind and overcast.

Lots of geese on the trails along the river right now. They apparently love whatever purple berries are dropping from the trees. It looks like a giant purple goose sh*t explosion on the trail around those trees. Noticed I still had some on the sidewalls when I got home.

Just got in from the weekly gravel ride, 22.7 miles with over 1400 ft elevation. 1st flat 3 miles from the end, luckily a Co2 cartridge got me in.

A good week. I rode 127 miles this week, and I'm averaging just over 120 a week for the last eight weeks.
