Couldn't get away to ride yesterday so hopped on the trainer last night for a little over an hour and 23.4 miles with 144 avg heart rate. The group rides on Zwift are actually quite motivating.
I'm with M/P on this one--I'd rather take a beating than ride a trainer. Haven't ridden one in thirty years or so, and didn't enjoy it then. But I've heard folks say similar things about Zwift (whatever that is).

Got 117 miles last week. Only rode 4 days last week.

I almost never ride on Mondays, but since it was Memorial Day, I did. Fifty miles on Sunday, followed by 56 on Monday, then I added 44 miles more (in three rides) to end the week at 150 miles. That is my best week, mileage-wise, of the year.

That's some good mileage!

I got in 200 last week. Rode 4 days/5 rides solo and 1 ride of 8 miles tandem with the wife!

On a tandem with the wife? Or just riding with her? And if you've never ridden one, a good tandem is about the most fun you can have on two wheels. I have been both captain and stoker on a pair of (borrowed) Cannondale tandems and they are a blast.

Since last week did a gravel for 17.5 miles and about 58 on the trainer. The roads are a bit too narrow out here and as many people I see with their noses in the cell instead of where their going it's tough to get many miles in that way so I'll grit it out on the trainer and the weekly group gravel ride. Occasional ride on the limited gravel around here but the same course gets old after awhile.
