Good job!The last year I have been crazy busy at work and put on 30 lbs. I was not willing to change my entire wardrobe and kit so instead I went back to eating better and exercising whenever i have time off. Down 15 lbs and still working. Hard to go to the gym after a 12 hour day but I make it a priority to go on my days off and walk half of my lunch break and after dinner.
You are doing good! I'm averaging around 120 a week, that being about the best I can do with the time I have available. It is a far cry from the 240 mile weeks, and the 6000 miles yearly, that I was doing back in the oughts. Older now, so less miles, at slower speeds. But I'm still plugging away at it.Got 160 last week. Busy as a Bee!!
