Man I'm sore today. I all told people rowing machines were a joke until i bought one! But right I'm doing 30 minutes on the rowing machine and 30 minutes of machine weights. In a few weeks i should be back up to one hours on both.

I LOVE rowing machines. It's my favorite piece of exercise equipment.

Wow, I'd say you're in for a big performance jump with the switch. Good luck!
Thanks, always heard you WILL crash at least once when switching, hope it's not true. I did notice an increase in watts on the trainer ride but since it was the 1st I'm going see if it holds up.

Yes, almost perfect, a little breazy around the lake. Did take a slow mo tumble form the clips, dropped a water bottle trying to rotate the full and empty, stopped and got one foot out BUT the bike was leaning the other way, at least it wasn't at speed and glad no one saw it.

Two types of riders on clipless pedals--those who have fallen, and those who will fall. The performance advantages are worth it, though. Stay with clipless and you will get faster.
