Man I'm sore today. I all told people rowing machines were a joke until i bought one! But right I'm doing 30 minutes on the rowing machine and 30 minutes of machine weights. In a few weeks i should be back up to one hours on both.
Wow, I'd say you're in for a big performance jump with the switch. Good luck!Did 14 on the trainer Wednesday just trying out being clipped in instead of platform pedals and mountain bike shoes.
Want to live past 100? Research suggests you should get sick more.
Researchers in Boston who studied the DNA of seven centenarians found they all shared one thing in common - they all had plenty of experience fighting off infections.www.dailymail.co.uk
Thanks, always heard you WILL crash at least once when switching, hope it's not true. I did notice an increase in watts on the trainer ride but since it was the 1st I'm going see if it holds up.Wow, I'd say you're in for a big performance jump with the switch. Good luck!
Two types of riders on clipless pedals--those who have fallen, and those who will fall. The performance advantages are worth it, though. Stay with clipless and you will get faster.Yes, almost perfect, a little breazy around the lake. Did take a slow mo tumble form the clips, dropped a water bottle trying to rotate the full and empty, stopped and got one foot out BUT the bike was leaning the other way, at least it wasn't at speed and glad no one saw it.
