HELP for my Ipod / IPhone

Hey all, I got a I Phone a few weeks ago and I am trying to move all my music from my Ipod to my Iphone. I can't seem to figure out how to move the music from the Ipod to the Library on my Itunes account?
Any Ideas???

I've run into this problem. You can't use iTunes to sync from iPod->iTunes because that would allow people to transfer music from computer to computer, circumventing DRM.

The iPhone is a little tougher. I've used a utility like this to do it: http://www.dvd-ipod.biz/iphone_to_pc_transfer.html

E: This isn't the case for music you buy through the iTunes store, since (I assume) it's signed and associated with your iTunes account. However, I've never bought anything from the iTunes store so I didn't have to deal with that.
