Been busy lately so sorry for the late reply... I did talk to him, I thanked him for offer but I didnt fit the requirements.... on a positive note I got a job recently at a glass manufacturer so thank you guys for the support and suggestions

. Re: GED, don't work on it, do it! That is the only way to obtain a GED-do it! That a has held you back and others have taken your place, get that GED and press on to higher levels. You can do it, others have and they are making more money and that is the bottom line. Do not defeat yourself! You are your own answer and it depends solely upon you and your positive attitude.
